MY NAME IS AKasa

I am a New Orleans native and I love eating Nola’s finest cuisine, traveling and spending time with my family. While attending Xavier in 2006 I began my career in hospitality which is also when I began planning events while being apart of Xavier University’s Peer educators program.My hospitality experience as an Assistant Revenue Sales Manager and Reservations agent provided me with the training and expertise to foresee situations prior to them happening and exceed expectations while doing so.

Subconsciously, I’ve always been a planner and designer at heart. Thoughts of scouring every home interior store with my mom to find the perfect vase, flower arrangement or accent piece: gave me a since of excitement. I grew to love putting all the mosaics together to create a beautiful masterpiece. Fast forward 10 years later, it took me to plan my own wedding to realize planning events was beyond a hobby. For those closest to me I am the go to person for all things events! Nothing brings me joy more than seeing the excitement on my clients face and relief that everything has been taken care of for their event and they can just relax and be a guest!
